Sync Center: Synchronise files between laptop and USB stick
It's called Allway Sync, and does what it says on the tin. Last time I used it, it's copied files ranging from all types of formats into the right place onto my memory card, at over 350MBs in total in just under five minutes. It may be 3rd party, but it'll take a lot for Microsoft's Sync Center to even match it.

Sync Center not working, period
If you get the cab file for WM programs you can copy that over and load (install) directly on the device. If you also use Exchange sync, over the cell network, you could actually use a WM device without ever putting WAD on your PC. It really is my keyboard, BTW. New one on the way under warranty.

So, in terms of fixing this problem (losing the Extended Tiles on Sync Center): 1. First try using the Reset Folder option in the View Tab of Explorer's Tools/Folder Options. 2. Anyone understand Sync Center?
I always sync my network files in Windows XP, and only had conflicts when there were "real" conflicts, file modified on both the network and laptop. Now I get the conflicts for the .tmp files and others which are not real conflicts. There has got to be a better fix at least for the .tmp files. Sorry no solution.
