Sync Center

For the first couple of days after installing Vista Beta 2, build 5384 to be exact. Everything was fine. Now all the sudden, Sync Center starts every time I log on, even though I don't have, need or want anything to be synced. I've looked through the System Configuration start-up processes and I don't see it listed, so it baffles me as to why it is starting. And further more, to kick Sync Center off my system tray I have to kill it with the task manager as I can't find an easier way to just make it go away. Any clues on how to stop it from running in the first place or an easier way to dismiss it?

How can I disable Sync Center in Beta 2?
Everytime I reboot it loads automatically. I cannot find it under startup items at all. I am able to kill it using Defender but it just re-loads on startup. Is there anyway to kill it permanently?
